BOARD MEMBERS AND MANAGING DIRECTORS IN GROUP COMPANIES

The work carried out by the Boards of Directors of Aspo's businesses is an essential part of the management system of the conglomerate. In order to develop each business owned by Aspo into the best company in its field, their Boards of Directors must consist of external members that support business management.

Providing support for the company's strategic work and selecting the Managing Director are key tasks of each Board of Directors. The Board of Directors evaluates the future opportunities and capabilities of the business, on the basis of which it defines the targets and the indicators used to monitor them.

The CEO of Aspo Plc acts as the chair of each Board of Directors, and their other members are external experts. The area of expertise and experience of each board member have been evaluated based on each business’ development stage and need. The Boards of Directors of each business aim to comply with the same principles of diversity as the Board of Directors of Aspo Plc. The Boards of Directors of the businesses convene 8–10 times a year.
