Aspo’s decision-making and administration comply with the Finnish Companies Act, securities market legislation, other regulations concerning public companies, Aspo Plc’s Articles of Association, and the rules and regulations of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
Aspo follows the Finnish Corporate Governance Code that came into force on January 1, 2025. The code is available on the Securities Market Association’s website www.cgfinland.fi.

Aspo Plc, the parent company of Aspo Group, is a Finnish public limited company domiciled in Espoo. The ultimate responsibility for the administration and operations of Aspo Group lies with Aspo Plc bodies, which are the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO.
The ultimate decision-making power is exercised by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting
Aspo's 2026 Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday April 17, 2026 in Helsinki. The company's Board of Directors will publish the official notice of the Annual General Meeting as a stock exchange release later.
Board of Directors
The General Meeting decides on the composition of the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Board of Aspo is Heikki Westerlund.
Group Executive Team
The CEO of Aspo is Rolf Jansson. He is assisted by the Group Executive Committee.
