Corporate Governance Statement 

Aspo’s decision-making and administration comply with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, securities market legislation, other regulations concerning public companies, Aspo Plc’s Articles of Association, and the rules and regulations of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.  

Aspo follows the Finnish Corporate Governance Code, effective from January 1, 2025, which is available on the Securities Market Association’s website www.cgfinland.fi.

In addition to the Corporate governance statement, Aspo publishes a separate Management Report in Aspo’s Year publication. Corporate governance statement  is not updated during the financial period, but the information on the subjects included in it, as well as other necessary and up-to-date information for investors is available on the company’s website.
