Kaukomarkkinat sells its components and mechatronics business operations

In line with its strategy, Kaukomarkkinat, part of Aspo Group, will continue to concentrate on its core business areas. Kaukomarkkinat sells the Components and Mechatronics Business Units to Yleiselektroniikka Oyj. The transaction is an asset deal and will be concluded by end of August, 2009.
