Kaukomarkkinat sells Metex Deutschland

Kaukomarkkinat, part of Aspo Group, has sold the shares of Metex Deutschland GmbH, specialized in upgrading roll grinding machines, to the company’s operative management. The transaction was concluded in June 2009. The sale of the subsidiary in Germany is a part of the Kaukomarkkinat strategy to concentrate on its core business areas.
