Shareholder Agreements
According to the shareholder agreement of Aspo Management Oy, the company is obliged to vote in line with the proposals of Aspo’s Board of Directors in Aspo’s Annual Shareholders’ Meetings.
Aspo Plc is not aware of any other effective shareholder agreement regarding Aspo shares or voting rights.
