According to a flagging notification received by Aspo Plc on 19 January 2009, Gustav Nyberg has, in addition to the shares held by him and mentioned in the list above (see list of major shareholders), also the voting rights attached to an amount of 500.000 Aspo shares, which corresponds to 1,89% of the company’s voting rights. A change in share ownership informationGustav Nyberg, Chairman of the Board of Aspo Plc, has invested in an investment product managed by a life insurance company. As a result, Gustav Nyberg's ownership in Aspo Plc has decreased by 72,690 shares during September-December 2010. Therefore, the shares have transferred to the ownership and control of the life insurance company, but Gustav Nyberg will continue to have the risk related to share price development and dividend. |
