According to a flagging notification received by Aspo Plc on 19 January 2009, Gustav Nyberg has, in addition to the shares held by him and mentioned in the list above (see list of major shareholders), also the voting rights attached to an amount of 500.000 Aspo shares, which corresponds to 1,89% of the company’s voting rights.
