Gustav Nyberg was CEO of Aspo Plc until December 31, 2008. He was elected as the Chairman of Aspo Plc’s Board of Directors as of January 1, 2009. In accordance with the CEO agreement, Gustav Nyberg will be paid the same monthly salary as during his term as the CEO for the 24 months following January 1, 2009. The voluntary group pension insurance and the fringe benefits included in the CEO agreement will also stay in force for the period of 24 months from January 1, 2009.
